- Deposits are typically processed instantly. In the event of a banking issue, any delay will be resolved within 24 hours.
- Withdrawal requests will be processed within a maximum of 5 business days, though most are completed within 24 hours.

- Withdrawals cannot be made until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

Gaming Rules

- If your internet connection drops during a game, the result is saved on our servers. Once you reconnect, the outcome will be displayed.
- If an incorrect payout occurs due to a software error, Jeta 5 reserves the right to reclaim those funds.
- If fraudulent or unusual gameplay patterns are detected, the account may be suspended pending investigation.
- Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits.
Large progressive jackpot winnings may be paid out in installments. A separate jackpot payout policy applies.
Sports Betting Special Terms

- If a match is cancelled or postponed, the related bet will be voided and the stake will be refunded.
- Odds fluctuating during live betting is normal. The odds displayed at the time you confirm your bet are final.
- Any bet linked to match-fixing will be voided.
- Placing bets on opposite outcomes of the same match using multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited.
- Only bets with odds of 1.5 or higher will count toward the wagering requirement (WR) for Sports Betting bonuses.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Jeta 5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice under any of the following circumstances:
